The
Technology
Services Coordinator
is responsible for coordination of end user
support and technical service requests for
assigned work team. This includes all work
intake and management processes, staff
orientation/training related to these processes,
the tools used in managing this workload,
liaison activities with the end user community,
and quality monitoring and improvement
functions.
On a daily basis,
the
Technology
Services Coordinator schedule staff member(s) for end user support duties, and
oversees the daily provisioning of end user
support. In addition, the Technical Support
Coordinator performs work intake,
prioritization, scheduling, and follow up duties
related to the completion of Technology Service
Requests (TSR). The Coordinator is the primary
request contact for the end user community for
all TSRs.
