Operations Project Manager
The Operations Project Manager is responsible for the management and administration of all assigned technology projects from the Services Administration Director. These include the prioritization, scheduling and assignment of project tasks as well as follow up.
The Operations Project Manager responsibilities include:

Translating the high-level project information, detailed requirements, and task-level queue assignments into a practical plan with appropriate resource assignments

Create and maintain a detailed phase/task/assignment-level plan for each project which include task relationships, detailed task assignments, leveled resource assignments, and a timeline of activities

Manage all project tasks and the creation of all resource-specific task assignments

Manage the project team’s communication- which includes facilitating regular project team meetings, creating weekly project spotlight reports, and updating project stakeholders as necessary

Participates in a "lessons learned" meeting at the completion of each project

Responsible for the prioritization, scheduling, and assignment of task-level work on the implementation work team

Set the work team standards for task follow up

Planning for ongoing operational support activities

Setting the standards for all urgent technical support requests for the implementation work team
