We are looking for a full-time Technology Services Director (TSD) that will be responsible for maintaining the relationships for specific ITP Partners. This position is based out of the corporate office in Chicago, IL.

The Technology Services Director (TSD) is responsible for several key steps in the service delivery process. Specific examples with respect to project initiation include 1) collaborating on the creation of project charters and project calculators; 2) creating detailed project plans; 3) creating proposals for services; and 4) creating statement of work documents. As is true with most complex activities, understanding the goals and starting the work “on the correct path” is an essential ingredient necessary for the overall project’s success.

In addition to process and technical knowledge, the Technology Services Director will interact directly with our partners. This direct customer service contact must be professional, as well as supportive—leaving the partner with the knowledge that the planning process is in “capable hands”.

The Technology Services Director responsibilities will be:

• Develop and maintain legal contracts and proposals

• Develop and maintain Project Charters and Statements of Work

• Oversee high-level oversight of progress for projects against charters & statements of work

• Managing and maintaining healthy relationships with Partners

• Creating and presenting invoices to Partners

• Maintain strategic goals of Partner and ensure projects/services align with their needs

Requirements for the Technology Services Director:

• Bachelor’s Degree

• 5 years of experience in a similar role (in a technology industry)

• Functional knowledge of networks and operational care required

• Project Management experience required

• Portfolio Management experience desired

• Detailed Oriented and Process Oriented

• Customer service experience required

• Excellent communication skills (Writing, Verbal and Active Listening)
