Infrastructure Project Manager
We are looking for a full-time mid-level Project
Manager, to manage and guide operational projects. This position is based out of
the corporate office in Chicago, IL.
The Infrastructure Project Manager’s responsibilities will be:
The Project Manager is responsible for the
management and administration of all aspects of assigned technology projects.
This includes the identification and documentation of requirements (e.g.,
high-level, functional, and design specifications), guiding the development of
component(s) based upon the design specifications, and leading the
implementation activities associated with a move-to-production.

Identifying and documenting requirements (high-level and functional)

Developing project charters
-
Creating a detailed project plan
-
Following and maintaining detailed project plans

Assigning and coordinating work of project resources
-
Proactive communication to team members and stakeholders
-
Guiding the building process
-
Administer training to the end users
-
Lead implementation activities
-
Participates in project closure
Required Skills for the Project Manager:
-
5+ Years in a technical Project Manager role
-
Working knowledge of technical infrastructures and network systems
-
Full system life cycle experience
-
Exceptional customer service skills
-
Excellent written and oral communication skills
-
Desire and ability to learn
-
Ability to lead and manage a team

Bachelor’s Degree or higher
